Yes, no matter where our customers are located, we ship insured and free of charge to every country to make our watches accessible to our customers. However, it's essential to be aware that customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.



What if my purchased watch is damaged during shipping?


We include insurance in the price of every shipment we send out. This insurance fee is already included in the displayed price.



Is it possible to pick up the watch somewhere if I am located in Switzerland?

If I am not satisfied with the delivery, do I have the option to return the watch?



We offer the option to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt if the customer is not satisfied for any reason. However, please note that the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. If the product has been damaged, altered, or worn in any way, we reserve the right to reject the return or offer only a partial refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. If the return meets the conditions, you will get refunded with a voucher, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer.
